Put Your Best Fork Forward – Free Health Talk at the Mercer Library

April 11, 2017 @ 5:30 pm

Marshfield Clinic and the Mercer Library will once again co-host a free health talk on Tuesday, April 11th at 5:30 p.m. All are invited to attend to learn how to “Put Your Best Fork Forward,” which was the theme for National Nutrition Month in March.

Presenters will be Jaimee Gregor, Marshfield Clinic registered dietitian and Renee Trapp, Marshfield Clinic nutrition educator with the Clinic’s HMR Weight Management program. Dr. Tod Lewis, family medicine, Marshfield Clinic Mercer Center will also be available to answer nutrition and health questions.

“Eating right doesn’t have to be complicated,” said Gregor. “We are inviting the community to join us for a free discussion on good nutrition and healthy choices.”

“We can help people find easy ways to lose weight and gain health,” said Trapp. “Learning healthy nutrition can prevent chronic diseases like diabetes.”

There is no need to register. If you would like more information, call the Mercer Library at 715-476-2366.
