Trail 17 is open from Hurley to Lazy Aces in Mercer.  All other trails are still closed & will be assessed this coming weekend.  The Forestry Department would like to thank everyone for their patience during this spring break-up season.

The rest of the trails will be inspected again this weekend and will post on Monday afternoon (May 20) regarding additional openings.

It is anticipated that all trails will be open by Memorial Weekend (May 23) with the exception of trail 6 and 4. Those two trails are have some major washouts that are being worked on.

Keep in mind – we still have snow on the ground in the wooded areas causing the delay in trail openings.
