Adult Mountain Bike Clinic – 3 Day Clinic
October 3 @ 4:00 pm - October 5 @ 12:00 pm
FRIDAY:
- 4 pm Optional meet, bike check, maintenance talk, and spread the stoke with your weekend bikers. (90 minutes) You will get a hands on opportunity to get comfortable maintaining your bike.
- 5:30 ish pm dismissed for dinner, ride, rest whatever you like.
Please rest and hydrate for a fun packed day Saturday.
SATURDAY:
- 8:30 am Meet at Firepit for introductions and safety talk with Coaches
- 9 am Move into groups aligned to your goals with your small group Coaches, (3 hours)
- Noon-ish LUNCH provided in partnership with Dixie and For the Love of BIKES.
- 1-ish pm Trail application learning on natural features, “on trail experience” (3 hours)
- 4-ish pm Released for the evening.
SUNDAY:
- 8:30 am Meet at Firepit with your group
- 9 am Trail application with your Coach, (3 hours)
- Noon-ish Post ride wrap up with your Coach.
