Explore the Vibrant Colors of Alcohol Ink with teaching artist Lisa Krueger. No art experience is needed to experiment and create. Alcohol ink is unpredictable and so much fun to experiment with!

This class will teach you about the inks, substrates, and tools used. Abstract shapes, whimsical flowers, land, and waterscapes will all be covered with plenty of time to create with the inks. Substrates used will include Yupo, canvas panel, and tile. Art will not be sealed during class time but participants will be instructed on how to do this at home.

This class will take place in the second-floor classroom of the LOLA Building.

Supplies needed:

• Wear an apron or painting clothes as inks will stain.
• A respirator for organic vapor is needed. You may bring your own or purchase a disposable one at class for $5.00.
• All other supplies are provided.
• Bring a box or two to take your wonderful pieces of art home. 

You will create several small art pieces to “happy up” a spot in your home or give as gifts.
