The Friends of the Library Election Day Bake Sale will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in the library reading room from 7:00 a.m. until everything is sold out.

We’re looking for pies, cakes, cookies, brownies, breads, cupcakes, muffins—anything goes! If you have time to bake something to donate, please bring your goodies to the library on Monday, April 6 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or first thing Tuesday morning.

Please divide and package items into individual servings. Whole pies, cakes, and loaves of bread are always very popular, and we often receive requests for gluten-free and sugar-free items as well. When you drop off your baked goods, please label them with your name and what the item is.

The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Mercer Community Center, right next to the library—so be sure to vote and then stop by the bake sale!
