The Mercer Public Library invites Mercer-area businesses and residents to set up for “Trunk or Treat” in the Library and Community Center Parking Lot on Sunday, October 31. Wear a costume and decorate your vehicle if you wish, and hand out Halloween goodies to Mercer kids. Those handing out treats should be set up by 12:45, and kids are invited to Trick or Treat at 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
