Hearts & Herbs: A Valentine’s Focaccia Workshop

Looking for a Valentine’s Day experience that’s heartfelt, hands-on, and delicious? Join us for a warm and welcoming Focaccia Art Workshop, where creativity and comfort food come together in the sweetest way.

You’ll decorate your own focaccia bread, transforming it into an edible work of art using a vibrant selection of cut vegetables, herbs, and seeds. No experience needed—just bring your imagination! This class is all about play, experimentation, and creating something beautiful (and tasty!) in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Along the way, enjoy a light lunch of homemade soup and focaccia, included in your class price. We’ll bake your focaccia during the workshop so you can head home with a warm, fragrant masterpiece to enjoy or gift.

Corinne Duerkop, a first-generation Italian American, brings her heritage and passion for breadmaking to every class she teaches. We are lucky she is willing to share with us her grandmother’s beloved focaccia recipe. Students will receive a copy of this cherished recipe and the opportunity to design and bake their own uniquely decorated focaccia loaf.
