Join Wisconsin Master Naturalist Ron Krueger at the VanVliet Hemlock SNA for a hike among the ferns and other unusual members of our native plant community. This area, with its interesting geologic past, has some of the most diverse species of ferns in this area. Ron will take us on an expedition in search of all the different species this unique location has to offer. This opportunity is sponsored by the Friends of Van Vliet Hemlocks and is open to the public at no cost. Register by 9/10. Registered participants should meet at the East Trailhead at 1pm. Facemasks will be required for this program.
