Should conditions change, a virtual format will be scheduled.
During this class, participants will learn about the benefits of journaling for self-reflection, stress relief, personal processing, and creativity. Students will engage in writing exercises, prompts, and learn techniques to develop and expand their own personal journaling practice. Students will then personalize their own journals using mixed media and collage techniques. All materials, including journals, will be provided. Students will also come away with a collection of prompts and resources to inspire and support future journaling. No previous writing or journaling experience is required!
Note from the instructor – This class is not a “workshop.” There is no pressure or requirement to share what you write. Your journal is for YOU. My intent is to provide a safe creative space to explore how journaling might personally benefit each individual. Please come with an open mind and open heart, ready to interact with your own unique thoughts and ideas.
