Jay Woolf was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia thirty years ago. The idea for his book, It Is A Laughing Matter: coping with life through laughing at death, germinated at the most difficult time for him, when he knew he was facing a serious illness, but prior to its diagnosis. Through humor Jay not only coped, but thrived. He knew that if his approach helped him, it could help others. He also that he should start preparing notes for a future book. And then he had a glitch…
