Lakeside Yoga Stretch is a class paced to facilitate a deeper release in the major muscle groups. It includes gentle stretches, breath work, and effective movements to increase range of motion and ease chronic pain. This class is appropriate for all students who simply want to increase their flexibility, experience a deep release, improve strength and balance, and increase mental clarity and focus. All levels welcome.

Class will be held at the Discovery Center in the Main Lodge. All levels welcome. Charge for each class is $12.00 to be paid on the day of class.  No registration required.  Saturday 9:30 am – 10:30 am.
