Learn the interesting art of flame-worked glass beads with instructor, Julie Lukosaitis of Madison, WI.  This is a beginner’s class, but if there are those with experience, Julie will work with you on new techniques.

Step by step, Julie will lead the class through the creative process with discussions, provide handouts and visual demonstrations.  Students will learn about the equipment used, safety and be able to participate in the exciting process of forming glass beads.  What sets Julie apart from other bead instructors is her many years of working in public education and teaching to different learning intelligences.  She believes the best reward as a teacher is seeing the joy her students feel with their own creativity and building their flame-working skills.
