A partnership between the Discovery Center and Koller Library, each month we will focus on a different nature-based book each month, with discussions led by either Discovery Center or library staff. Books will be available for checkout at the library in the weeks prior to the meeting. The book we will discuss this month is The Serviceberry: Abundance & Reciprocity in the Natural World by Robin Wall Kimmerer. This book explores the concept of a gift economy, using the serviceberry plant as a metaphor for how human economies can be more sustainable and reciprocal.

This event is free and open to the public and will be hosted at the Discovery Center.  Tuesday 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
