This fusion style class combines a little bit of flow, yin, and restorative all in one! Begin practice with gentle movement centered around the breath. As you settle into the deep stretch of yin and relaxing restorative postures (seated or lying down), the connective tissues, joints, and muscles will be begin to open and release, increasing natural range of motion and flexibility. An assortment of props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters will be used to help support the body finding ease and comfort. Enjoy hands on adjustments (optional) to help release stressed or tired muscles for even more relaxation. This practice is for EVERYONE, beginner or seasoned yogi. A great balance to the flow practices.
