Do you have chronic pain or tension within the body? Find yourself favoring or over compensating on one side? Do you struggle with your posture? Have you endured a traumatic injury or surgery? Is the mind and body disconnected at times? Somatic movement will help increase mobility, reduce pain, realign the body and reestablish the mind muscle connection. When we slow down and experience movement and breath, we re-education the muscle movement within the body. The majority of the movement is done seated on the floor, in a chair, laying down, or against a wall, with support. This practice is for EVERYONE, stimulating the brain and body, allowing you to age successfully, avoiding the aging breakdown of the body.
