This therapeutic and somatic movement practice will help increase mobility, reduce pain, realign the body and reestablish the mind muscle connection. When we slow down and experience movement and breath, we learn to self-regulate our nervous system. The majority of the movement is done seated on the floor, in a chair, laying down, or against a wall, with the support of blankets, blocks and bolsters.
