This class is an interactive study on unlocking creative potential through incorporating meditation practices into our every-day lives. The discussion is geared toward learning about the art of meditation and its designed to provide an opportunity to sample meditation methods such as; making mandalas, inspiration boards, and labyrinths. The focus is to BE INSPIRED! The class will end with a recorded guided meditation.
