Explore the natural world through outdoor adventures. Depending on the season, we will hike, bike, ski or snowshoe while learning from Northwoods experts – naturalists, historians, geologists – in an engaging, recreational approach to nature education.
Description
Snowshoe with the Northwoods Land Trust through a mosaic of forest types and uncover the natural wonders that make this property special. This snowshoe hike will be approximately 2 miles and participants should prepare for variable terrain. This trail is rated as moderately difficult.
Space is limited; advanced registration is required by 2/16/26. Transportation will be provided from the Discovery Center. Registered participants will be emailed with more details prior to the program. Free to members of NLDC or Northwoods Land Trust and $15/Non-Members. Snowshoes are available (free for members and $5/non-member). Wednesday 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
