Join local historian, Jim Bokern, and a Discovery Center Naturalist on a fascinating snowshoe through history in the Toy Lake Swamp SNA.  We will explore the lives of the people that lived in this area over a century ago and walk in their footsteps.  Discover old-growth trees blazed by pioneers from over 130 years ago featured on this snowshoe.  This is an off-trail, strenuous snowshoe snowshoe about 3 miles in length.

Space is limited; advanced registration is required by 1/16/25. Registered participants will be emailed with more details prior to the program.  Saturday 1 PM – 4 PM.  $25/Member of NLDC or MWHS (Snowshoes No Charge), $30/Non-Member and $35/Non-Member (Plus Snowshoes).
